Apple 證實下週 WWDC 大會，將發表 iOS 5、iCloud 雲端服務

蘋果今年的WWDC大會預計將在美國時間6月6日正式登場 (開幕時間約為台灣6月7日凌晨)，先前便有消息傳出蘋果將會在現場發表新版iOS內容，目前則是由蘋果官方發布新聞稿證實，同時還將會追加一項「iCloud」線上服務。

目前根據蘋果官方所釋出的新聞稿內容來看，今年WWDC大會將發布新版Mac OS X「Lion」、新版iOS 5.0已經不是什麼太驚人的事情，不過新聞稿內容中還提到預計將發表一項名為「iCloud」的雲端服務內容。

從字面上來看，基本上應該就是蘋果先前花錢買下的「iCloud」網域名稱，至於會用在什麼性質的服務內容，沒意外的話，應該就會是先前所傳聞的雲端串流音樂服務吧？不過目前新聞稿內容並未透露太多細節，下週就會有相關確定消息了。

Apple to Unveil Next Generation Software at Keynote Address on Monday, June 6

CUPERTINO, California—May 31, 2011—Apple® CEO Steve Jobs and a team of Apple executives will kick off the company’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) with a keynote address on Monday, June 6 at 10:00 a.m. At the keynote, Apple will unveil its next generation software - Lion, the eighth major release of Mac OS® X; iOS 5, the next version of Apple’s advanced mobile operating system which powers the iPad®, iPhone® and iPod touch®; and iCloud®, Apple’s upcoming cloud services offering.

WWDC will feature more than 100 technical sessions presented by Apple engineers. Mobile developers will be able to explore the latest innovations and capabilities of iOS and learn how to greatly enhance the functionality, performance and design of their apps. All developers can bring their code to the labs and work with Apple engineers.
