Apple iPad 奪「科技界奧斯卡」最佳Gadget

被視為「科技界奧斯卡」的 T3 Gadget大獎（T3 Gadget Awards）在英國倫敦揭曉，美國蘋果在全部19個獎項類別中包攬5項，成為最大贏家，其中剛剛發布不久的 iPad 贏得全年最佳 Gadget（Gadget of the Year）榮銜，同時獲年度創新獎（Innovation of the Year）。

蘋果獲數獎 手機不敵 HTC

負責評獎的6名評審一致將最佳 Gadget 榮銜授予這部蘋果平板電腦。蘋果的 iPhone 4 贏得通勤 Gadget 獎（Commuter Gadget of the Year）、MacBook Pro 筆記本電腦則獲最佳電腦獎，而蘋果商店則被選為最佳零售商。

不過，在最佳技術品牌範疇，蘋果輸給台灣對手 HTC，且 HTC Desire 手機同時贏得最佳手機獎，擊敗 iPhone 4，這可能與 iPhone 4 的「天線門」設計問題有關。T3 雜誌編輯彼得斯（Luke Peters）稱，超過75萬人參與19個獎項的投票，顯示出消費者對科技產品的熱中。
